Since its creation in 2004, the CREMAI Exhibition has established itself as the essential professional platform dedicated to hospitality, catering, bakery-pastry and food trades in Morocco before evolving since 2013 towards Africa.
A true development lever for professionals, CREMAI supports sector transformation, encourages excellence, supports skills development and creates bridges between artisans, industrialists, prescribers and investors. It constitutes a convergence space where high-impact projects, innovations and partnerships intersect.
Building on its history and positioning in alignment with the Kingdom's orientations Under the enlightened Vision of His Majesty King Mohammed VI, CREMAI has established itself, after 21 years of existence, as the strategic platform for hospitality trades, bringing together professionals, institutions and economic actors around the major transformation dynamics of the sector.
It contributes, with consistency and commitment, to raising the standards of Moroccan hospitality and catering, to promoting national culinary heritage and to consolidating exchanges between Morocco and its African and international partners.
Alongside its national dynamics, CREMAI is today the only Moroccan exhibition with continental vocation in the field of hospitality in Africa. Its programming is designed to promote South-South exchanges, structure sectors, enhance African brands, and position Morocco as a regional reference hub in the field of hospitality and culinary arts.
At each edition, CREMAI brings together more than 750 national and international brands and more than 17,000 targeted professional visitors from the Kingdom and the continent, around the latest innovations, trends, know-how, advice and equipment dedicated to the CHR sector (Cafés – Hotels – Restaurants)
